Grundy Area PADS has two housing programs: Rapid Rehousing (RRH) and Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH). These programs are designed to help individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

These programs are NOT immediate and NOT guaranteed housing.

Grundy Area PADS is an Access Point. Any individual who is experiencing homelessness is encouraged to reach out to us and a staff member will help guide you through the process is determining eligibility.


Rapid Rehousing (RRH)

Rapid Rehousing is a short-term housing solution aimed to assist individuals and families move quickly from homelessness to stable housing. This program provides temporary assistance and supportive services through weekly case management to help clients regain their independence.

Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH)

Permanent Supportive Housing is a long-term housing solution for eligible individuals and families who face significant barriers to stable housing. This program provides long-term assistance with increase supportive services through case management to help clients live stably.
